The A3 shade is the average tooth color of a normal person, which has been unbleached.

The B1 shade is the "lightest" tooth color that still looks natural in the tooth shade guide.

In other words, B1 is the brightest natural tooth color that outsiders will not say is porcelain teeth.

If you like the natural white color, choose B1 shade when making porcelain teeth, or simply, just bleach in 60 minutes!

You should note that if you plan to have cosmetic dental fillings, or make porcelain restorations for a few front teeth, you should bleach your teeth first, because porcelain teeth will not change the color of your teeth when bleaching!
